How can I get a support login?
To get a login, you need to have a valid maintenance plan for
a Invest Sign product. You can visit HelpDesk
and click on the Become a new user? link..
Can anyone from my company get a password if my company has a maintenance plan?
To receive a login, you must have a valid maintenance plan.
Your company is allowed in contact based on your maintenance
plan or by purchasing additional support contacts. Only those
contacts specified on the maintenance plan can obtain logins..
If my maintenance plan expires is my login still valid?
Your login is not valid after your maintenance plan expires.
Logins for expired plans are deactivated. Your login will be
re-activated if a new maintenance plan is purchased. .
What are the different maintenance plans you offer and how can I purchase one?
Invest Sign offers a number of maintenance plans that are
fine-tuned to meet your specific needs. For information on the
maintenance plans offered, visit and review maintenance
plans.
If I run into issues with the web-based support system, are there any troubleshooting steps I can take?
If you are having trouble using our support system, you may need to do one of the following:
• Allow pop-ups.
• Add www.investsign-home.com to your Trusted Sites.

In the Security tab, select Trusted Sites icon.

Click the Sites button.
4)
In the Add this website to the zone field, type in http://www.investsign-home.com.
• Turn on the Java setting.

How do I receive technical support during my period after purchase?
To receive technical support during one month after purchase,

How can I change my information?

How do I close an incident?
The Technical Support Engineer will close the incident upon
your request or when you agree to the resolution or recommendations provided.
How can I cross reference a new incident to an old one?
If you have a new incident that is related to a previous incident,
you can ask the engineer assisting you to reference that incident or create a clone of a previous incident.
