Sign software. InvestSign, as a company, provides this resource to our customers.

To provide Maintenance Plan customers with the best support
possible, we replaced mySupport with Invest Sign knowledgebase
- a new and improved web-based support system. All mySupport
accounts have been closed, and all active support incidents
have been moved to the new Invest Sign KnowledgeBase.
With Invest Sign KnowledgeBase, you can still manage your support
incidents and interact with technical support engineers and
finance consultants as well as submit, update, and check the
real-time status of your requests. In addition, you can now do the following:
- Manage support incidents with an easier to use interface.
- Review all support incidents submitted from your company's worksite.
- Access all support resources - Knowledge Base articles,
Update Service, and more - in one convenient location.

To access full support of this new service, you will need to
create a new user ID and password. Follow the instructions below to get started.
If
you are looking for support but are not a current Maintenance
Plan customer, get a maintenance plan today.
Note: Invest Sign KnowledgeBase makes use
of cookies. Please make sure cookies are enabled in your browser
before entering Invest Sign HelpDesk. Also, the web-based support
system was designed for XGA resolution at 1024x768 or higher.
If you are using a lower resolution, please change your resolution
to at least 1024 x 748 prior to signing into HelpDesk.
