Senior Delphi Developer
Risk Analysis Training Consultant
Senior Delphi developer
We are currently looking for a senior Delphi developer to join
us in Vilnius, Lithuania. The successful candidate will develop
enhancements to our existing software. The successful candidate
will be a key member involved in all aspects of the application
including analysis, requirement documentation, design, development
and deployment.
Required:
• 5-7 years experience in developing
commercial software
• 4 years relevant experience in Delphi
consisting of:
• 1-2 years experience with development
using distributed objects and remote method invocation
• 1-2 years experience with multithreaded
programming
• 1-2 years experience with advanced
Object Oriented Programming Techniques (Design Patterns/OOP
Framework)
• Basic knowledge of web technologies
(HTML/COM/ASP/XML/ActiveX Controls)
• Database development with SQL Server
or Oracle
• Experience with Client-server architecture
• Strong SQL and debugging skills
• Strong team player with excellent
communication skills coupled with a strong desire to succeed
• Ability to work independently or
as a team member from project to project
• Bilingual (English/Russian)
Risk Analysis
Training Consultant
Description:
• Solve client risk analysis problems
in a variety of industries including: oil and gas, pharmaceuticals,
insurance, finance, manufacturing and mining.
• Conduct training at regional seminars
open to the general public.
• Conduct customized, on-site training
for specific clients with specific needs.
• Develop customized, on-site training
materials for specific clients using other course template(s)
and client’s own models as examples.
• Develop tailored spreadsheet models
or other quantitative solutions to client problems relating
to risk analysis and uncertainty.
• Travel to client sites domestically
and internationally as needed.
Required:
• Minimum 3 years business consulting
experience
• Ability to understand a client’s
underlying problem and create a model of it. Does not require
in-depth knowledge of different industries, but rather an ability
to see through jargon to identify the fundamental issue a client
is facing.
• Training or teaching experience
(Training experience in risk/finance analysis preferred)
• Ability to work in a small office
with fewer than five other people.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate activities
effectively to headquarters in Vilnius.
• Flexible nature - able to adapt
to different job duties as required.
• Bilingual (English/Russian)
• Current position is in Vilnius
