How Does Product Activation Work
The activation process begins when you first use your Invest
Sign software. It takes just a few steps to complete. No personal
information is captured or transmitted during the process. It is completely secure and anonymous.
When you start the process, you are given the options to select
an online authorization or authorize offline via email.

You initiate an activation request
After you launch the software for the first time, you will
be prompted to activate it via an easy-to-use wizard.

The authorization request is transmitted
For online authorization, your software sends a license
request, which consists of an activation request code, and
other non-personal information, to an activation server.
If an online authorization is unsuccessful, you may be prompted
to use an offline method via email to manually activate
your software.
- The authorization request is processed
Online
Authorization: When the activation request is received,
the request is validated by the server. If the activation
request is deemed successful, you are automatically given an activation response code.
Offline
Activation: A Invest Sign support staff will provide you
with an activation response code via email to activate your product.
- You receive a response
Online
Authorization: A response is sent automatically and you immediately activate your software.
Offline
Activation: After receiving the activation response file
from a Invest Sign support staff, you simply copy it to
complete the activation process. The activation response code can either be copied immediately or at a later time.
